- Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.
- Only your own deposited funds can be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Some games may count toward wagering at a different percentage — check the rules for the specific game.
General Bonus Policy
- A bonus applies to one account only — the same person cannot claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered fraud.
- bc555 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

- VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the member's own account.
